The unsung hero of the Carli suspension lineup, the Signature Series suspension system packs an unbeatable improvement in ride quality per dollar spent. The heart of this system is the custom spec Carli Signature series shocks. These shocks are made by Carli with vehicle specific valving profiles, ti-nitride coated shafts, zinc plated and clear coated bodies, and included shock boots. In this system, they're paired with Carli's vehicle specific coils, which are available in both diesel and gas specs for 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks.
This system levels the truck, increases front wheel travel to 9" and dramatically smooths ride on road and off road. To support that height and wheel travel increase, Carli includes a host of the highest quality USA made supporting parts like their stainless brake lines, caster shims to address caster specs, and their in house designed track bar. Carli's track bar centers the axle at the new ride height utilizing a stronger suspension/steering link to prevent death-wobble and improve overall tracking and steering feel.
Lift Height Note: 2020 Super Duties were lowered 1” from the factory when comparing to the 2017-19. Further, the Tremor Package is a factory 2” lift on the 20-22 platform putting them 1” taller than the 17-19. If you don't add a rear Carli leaf spring option, certain 2020+ F-250s may need a taller rear block to sit level depending on the trim package. If you find your truck is rear low, we recommend this block kit.
A “Base Kit” SKU must be accompanied by the SKU of a Sway Bar Option to form a complete system.
Please note if your truck is a 2023+ Platinum/Limited trim equipped with factory headlight angle / load scale sensors you will need load scale brackets to fix the sensors in place and remove the sensor linkage.

This signature 3.5” suspension lift is underrated. It out performs my stock suspension by a mile. I bought the 3.25” Ford block (with the factory rear leaf) and it now has about 3/4” of rake. It rides and drives better than I imagined and I will buy Carli again for my next one. I put it on myself and it was a lot more work than I realized but it was completely worth it. I do wish the new brake line set up had a little more of a factory look and feel. The ABS sensor is tied to the factory brake lines so everything is zip tied together and doesn’t look all that great but that is my only complaint. CJC did a great job helping me with pre sale recommendations and I will be doing business with these guys again.
