SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option.
CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned and completely custom spec shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. The Back Country system offers great on road ride, with increased off road capability for higher speed driving.

The Carli Commuter system is designed for 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty trucks wanting improved ride for daily driving and standard truck usage. While this system levels the truck, the rear goal is dramatically improved ride quality, which is accomplished through completely custom Carli spec 2" diameter shocks, coils tuned specifically for gas and diesel applications, and the highest quality USA made supporting parts. With almost double the factory wheel travel and a huge change in ride, this Carli Commuter level height system is in a league of its own. 

The Commuter package shocks are offered in two valving profiles. Select the stock leaf pack/add a pack or Carli full replacement rear leaf packs accordingly to what you'll be using on the truck. We do not recommend running the full leaf tune with stock leaf packs and vise versa. 

The 2020+ Ford F250/350 Platform is the same as the 17-19 but they lowered the front 1″ and the rear 1″-1.5″ depending on the cab configuration and 250/350 designation. For this reason, the only change to the suspension systems will be the stated lift height. The 2.5″ Lift Systems from the previous generation, 2017-19, are now 3.5″ for the 2020.

If you don't add a rear Carli leaf spring option, certain 2020+ F-250s may need a taller rear block to sit level depending on the trim package. If you find your truck is rear low, we recommend this block kit. Please note that the Commuter rear shocks are tuned for Carli leaf packs. If you want to retain stock rear leaf packs, you'll want to use the Signature Series system tuned for stock rear leaf packs. 

This system fits Ford F-250 and Ford F-350 4x4 trucks from 2017 to 2022.

2019 F250 XLT Carli Commuter Kit

CJC is top notch. From customer service, fast shipping, website and youtube videos. Commuter kit installed with torsion sway bar in about 6hrs (2 people). Only complaint is Carlis instructions. Each component comes with its own set of instructions. It would save everyone installing their own kits so much time to have a set of instructions per kit, not per component, start to finish. Also several times I needed a deep socket of multiple sizes (especially larger ones) which wasn’t noted, only the size required. This would save a lot of heartache on customers. If any one of you are contemplating the torsion sway bar, DONT. Just buy it, you won’t regret it!

Kit is nice, installed in garage with floor jacks and jack stands. The instructions for each individual part were pretty clear, but would have been helpful to have a sequential process when you buy the full kit. I will likely add torsion sway bar and rear leaf pack later.
