CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned and completely custom spec shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. The Back Country system offers great on road ride, with increased off road capability for higher speed driving.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option.
LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole. The HD pack is ONLY for chase trucks or trucks with over 2,000lbs in bed at all times.
RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength control arm replacement. These arms feature a fabricated notch making it possible to clear 37’s on a wider range of wheels.

The Back Country system offers a comfortable on road ride, but packs more damping and big hit absorption capacity than the Commuter system. If your truck is doing dual duty on the street and dirt, but the King Pintop system is out of the price range, this is your system. In fact, it's probably the best bang for the buck suspension performance gain you can bolt onto a 2017-2022 Super Duty truck. 

At the heart of this system is completely custom Carli spec 2.0 reservoir shocks.  Unlike other brands that use off the shelf shocks, Carli went to the drawing board to design a completely custom and tuned shock for the 2017+ Super Duty platform, with unique valving for both gas and diesel trucks. These Remote Reservoir Shocks provide users with a comfortable, greatly improved on-road ride and ample off-road capability.

The 2020+ Ford F250/350 Platform is the same as the 17-19 but they lowered the front 1″ and the rear 1″-1.5″ depending on the cab configuration and 250/350 designation. For this reason, the only change to the suspension systems will be the stated lift height. The 2.5″ Lift Systems from the previous generation, 2017-19, are now 3.5″ for the 2020.

We do not recommend running a Backcountry system with stock rear leaf packs, as the shock valving was designed around the softer rate Carli leaf springs, and can feel a bit bouncy with stock leaf packs. If you don't add a rear Carli leaf spring option, certain 2020+ F-250s may need a taller rear block to sit level depending on the trim package. If you find your truck is rear low, we recommend this block kit.

This system fits Ford F-250 and Ford F-350 4x4 trucks from 2017 to 2022.

Do you like cool sh*t that’s made in the US? Then this is what you need especially if you like to party in your 3/4 ton or 1 tons. This is my second kit I have purchased and I have zero regrets. Carli is the only way to go!

UNBELIEVABLE DIFFERENCE

2019 Super duty King Ranch 37K miles. My wife and I ordered and installed a Carli Backcountry 2.0 Suspension System, Carli Suspension Leaf Spring Shackles, Carli (soft ride) Leaf Springs, Carli Torsion Sway Bar and Carli High Mount Stainless (steering) Stabilizer. Everything was delivered on one pallet, in excellent condition, in a very timely manner. We took our time with the install and everything fit perfect. We even installed a S&B 60 gallon fuel tank, while installing the rear springs. We test drove after installing the rear springs, shackles and fuel cell. We immediately noticed a considerable ride improvement. This made us excited to get started on the front. Once install was complete, we rechecked everything. Test drive was amazing!! Straightened steering wheel and made normal driving trips for the next week. With confidence at an all time high for the Super duty, we left for a 1200 mile trip from W. Kentucky to Biloxi, Mississippi, to South Florida. We've made this trip with a 2018 F-150 with Bilstein improved suspension. The F150 handled the trip with the exception of several hundred miles of rough Mississippi roads. We've also made the trip with our current 2019 Super duty while completely stock. The stock Super duty made us want our F150 back. Our trip over same roads with Carli equipped Super duty was wonderful! We were in disbelief as to how well the Super duty performed. Carli transformed the Super duty into a comfortable riding, pleasant driving machine. We were looking only for a suspension upgrade. Aesthetics were not as important us, but Carli also improved the look of the truck. Front raised 2.5" and the rear stayed the same. This made our truck sit 1/2" higher in the rear. Looks perfect. Our sincere thanks to everyone at CJC & Carli.
