Designed and tuned for the truck that spends its life on road with occasional dirt trails, this custom shock project was intensely focused on delivering a comfortable in-town ride and smoothing the freeway’s all while improving vehicle control for light off-road adventures.
The only difference among the Suspension Systems below is the rear coil spring included with the system. We offer three springs for the 2019+ Ram 1500 Platform. The 1500 1/2" Rear Spring included with the 1500 system is ONLY applicable for non Rebel/Off Road Package trucks without the Ram Box of Multi-Function Tailgate. The Rebel 1/2" Rear Spring is included with the Rebel system (duh); these will work for standard 1500s with Ramboxes/MFT OR small constant loads. Lastly, we're offering a 1/2" Rebel HD (500lb. Constant Load) that will work for Standard 1500s with Ram Box/MFT or around 700lb constant loads or Rebels with Rambox/MFT or 500lb bed-loads.

Took my truck ride from a 7 to a 10! Very happy I bought the commuter system.
Started out just wanting to have a great quality lift without sacrificing the ride quality and this is soooo much more! Handling is incredible feels smooth and controlled… road handling is amazing and off road both in the desert and on fire trails is incredible… product quality is top tier… buy this!!
This was my first suspension kit for any vehicle. I decided to install myself and got it done in 1.5 days by myself having never done an install. I went with different upper control arms and it all came together nicely. I mainly drive on highway and city streets but have also taken it up logging roads in the mountains in various conditions. It rides amazing, similar to stock but without the sloppy bouncing and leaning. After adding 10ply tires the ride is perfect, stable but responsive. The front settled after about 2 weeks to roughly 1.75” of front lift on a hemi etorque 1500 crew cab
Was looking for a leveling kit but overwhelmed by the options due to my limited knowledge. CJC support took the time to understand what I was trying to get from my truck and ultimately pointed me to the Carli Commuter System. Love the new look and ride. It’s more comfortable than my stock suspension for sure and completely eliminated the horrible factory rake. For those interested, I have 285/70r18 Toyo AT3's (33.7") on there, Method 316 18x9 +18 offset. Yes, the MR316's do fit the ram 1500, just requires minor grinding of the calipers, which my standard tire shop was able to do during install. My truck spends most of it's life driving through LA so I kept that in mine when choosing the setup.
I never leave reviews. However, I am so impressed with the commuter system that I have to leave a review. Ride quality is noticeably better! It feels like I'm floating on the road. Truck looks great and I wouldn't do this review any justice if I didn't mention the top notch customer service. I haven't dealt with a company in a long, long time where I was this impressed with the customer service and the product! They recommended I go with an 18x9 wheel with a -12 offset and 33" tires. I'm glad I took their advice.
