Carli Suspension radius arm drops for 2023+ Ford Super Duty are a critical part to achieve proper caster with a leveling kit on a 2023+ Super Duty. Engineered to withstand the most extreme off road abuse, these drops are significantly stronger and have more tie ins to the frame than your typical low cost radius arm drop. Built entirely in the USA, these are some of the highest quality radius arm drops you can install on a Ford Super Duty! 

For 2023, Ford made some major changes to the Super Duty front suspension, and in 2024 made a key change to the axle dust cover. This axle dust cover change meant that caster shims could no longer be used to address caster more than 1 degree. As a result, Carli went back to the drawing board to create a radius arm drop worthy of the Carli name. This drop combined with a Carli level coil allows you to achieve a proper 2.8-3 degrees of caster with the stock shim. Combined with the caster adjustment capability of the Carli radius arms, you can achieve about 6 degrees of caster while still using the stock shims.

This is the only, and proper way to bring the truck back to quality ride!! Install is extremely quick and effective, you will not regret the purchase. can still remove the transmission cross-brace with these installed.

2024 F250 Carli leveling kit

I was an early purchaser of the 2024 leveling kit. Unknown to most everybody, Ford changed some of the front end in 2024. I received the 2023 kit which we all thought would be the same. Long story short, the caster shim spec needed to be different on the 2024. After installation (without the Radius arm drop kit), the truck drove like a......"Dump Truck". It was slow to respond to steering input and it would not self center. It also had a strange vibration when in 2WD that went away in 4WD. Very odd. I drove it for a while before searching on Youtube for any reviews. There I found the issue. Ford deleted the "active" passenger side locking hub and installed a dumb hub and they also blocked off the vacuum line. This prevented the passenger side from disengaging. A simple $75 smart hub and 15 minutes solved the vibration. But, the steering was still ponderous. So, I called Carli and asked if I was imagining the steering issue. They said no, you are correct. The early kits were shipped with the incorrect caster shim and the radius arm drop is indeed "required" on the 2024. So we installed the arm drop kit and voila! The truck now drives beautifully. That and change in tire pressure suggested by the excellent Carli tech made the ride very smooth. Their chalk stick trick for testing tire pressure was very helpful. I should have called them from the very beginning. Great experience with Carli. I have heard they are great to work with and I can attest to that now. Thank you.
