These full length progressive spring packs are built by Deaver Spring MFG specifically for Carli Suspension. These springs were designed as a two stage spring pack, enabling the truck to still have an admirable weight capacity while offering smooth and comfortable street driving performance. Unlike other brands, these leaf packs INCLUDE U-bolts!

Installation Instructions

*NOTE: the 1994-02 Ram 2500/3500 trucks are notorious for a driver’s side lean up to 1.5″ (lower on the driver’s side than the passenger’s side). Carli Coil Springs and Leaf Springs for the 1994-02 are designed side-specific to lift the Driver’s side more than the Passenger’s side to lessen/eliminate this common lean. However, we’ve had trucks require the taller spring be installed on the passenger’s side to achieve a level stance and trucks that require the same heigh springs be installed on both sides to achieve a leveled stance. These trucks are not an exact science and were designed long before CAD programs and design standardization. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the truck will sit level side to side nor is the corrective action a “warranty”. Our choice was either discontinue the product line OR present the customer with the design oddities so they know what they’re getting into. As there are not many performance options for the 2nd gen trucks, we elected to keep the product line as the side to side correction can be alleviated with the use of small spring spacers with NO performance degradation.

3rd Gen Ram 6inch Carli Pin Top

I wanna start off by saying if anybody has driven a 1 ton third GEN ram they know how stiff the suspension is and going from stock to a 6 inch long arm. Take some getting used to but the Carlie pin top set up gives you immediate confidence 2 1/2king shocks are the stiffer of the bunch, but the ride is significantly better when you’re driving around streets with little bumps you’ll notice a big difference, but when you Get off road and hit something big it will really surprise you on how smooth it is this Kit takes hard hits and begs for more and after you get past taking off old parts, installing the kit was really fun and easier than I thought would recommend to anybody

better ride quality coming soon

we have some roads around here that get the porpoise movement going killing ride quality. I wanted to not have to add air bags, and these seem to fit the bill. as i still need the front springs and shocks all around a final review will happen in the near future. I am thoroughly impressed by the springs and can't wait to get the rest of the parts.

Progressive leaf pack to the rescue

Rides so much nicer and no more crow hopping. Install is a pain by yourself just because of the weight of these things. Had to unbolt my fuel tank and remove the trailer hitch to get the old ones out.

1998 dodge ram 3500 Carlo progressive

I bought my truck and it had a weird vibration issue. I pretty much replaced everything and finally replaced the rear leaf springs. It really helped the ride quality and vibration. Part of that was that one of my rear shackle was seized up and by replacing the leafs i discovered that!
