CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. This system has shocks tuned specifically to work with the rear leaf pack and bag. The extra damping with the 2.5" King shocks also translates to more confident towing with less trailer feedback. Of course off road ride is dramatically improved.
FABRICATED RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength radius arm replacement. They also have more tire clearance than the factory arms thanks to a notched design. If you want the best of the best for your truck, look no further.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, use either the drops or end links. The end links are prefered if you plan to upgrade to a torsion sway bar in the future.
This system is the best and only true way to dramatically improve the harsh ride of a 2013+ Ram 3500 auto leveling air suspension 3500 truck without sacrificing payload or towing capability. Built from the ground up in the USA, this system will transform what your Ram 3500 truck is capable of.
With Carli's Ram 3500 air assist Pintop 2.5 system, your truck will sit 3”-3.5” higher in the front (cab configuration dependent) with 50% more suspension travel than the factory platform thanks to the taller, lighter rate coil springs. The new 3500, air assist Rams tip the scales with a maximum payload exceeding 6,000lbs in most configurations. Carli went back to the drawing board with Deaver Spring and designed a progressive leaf spring pack that lifts the rear 2.5” while drastically increasing unloaded ride quality and maintaining the truck’s capacity without further stressing the factory air system.
With this leaf pack in place, we went to work on the factory air system. After several revisions, we found the perfect spacer height to achieve full travel of the new leaf springs with the factory bag and built a relocation bracket for the rear height sensor to ensure proper operation of the load leveling system. As the front radius arm drop brackets interfere with the factory air tank, we include a custom bracket and airline to relocate the tank to the spare tire area. The spare tire cavity on these trucks will not accept any larger than a stock size spare; given the recommended 35”-37” tires with this system, it was the logical choice with the nullification of the factory spare. Another perk, it alleviates the Amp Research Step and air tank interference
Base Kit:
The Base system for the 2013+ 3500 Ram Air Assist is identical to the leaf spring with the exception of the tuning in the shocks; this is specific to the air-assist trucks.
Because the shocks are included as part of the base system, a new system was created as follows:
