Increase the load capacity and towing capability of your Super Duty without sacrificing ride quality and comfort. Carli's airbags work with up to 12" of suspension travel and are 100% bolt-on DIY. You can install onboard air or use them manually. These are heavy-duty and rated up to 100 psi with a normal operating range of 5 to 75 psi, suitable for big 5th wheels, work trucks, campers, boats, bumper pull trailers and hauling.

*CS-FLTB-11 will only fit 2005-2016 SuperDuties with the 3.5" axle tube.
**Ford Super Duty Long travel airbags will ONLY work with 2" of rear lift on an F350 or 3" on an F250 (i.e. trucks with Carli 4.5" kits equipped)! These cannot be used on a stock height truck!

For a $1,000+ could someone please throw in the four jam nuts for the stainless steel carriage bolts? Carli has poor quality control regarding complete sets of required hardware in my last three purchases.
This kit is advertised in the poorly illustrated and written instructions as completely bolt-in. The last steps instruct the installer to tack weld the air bag perches to the rear axle.
I finally decided on these airbags for my Carli-equipped 2015 F250, and I’m happy with the choice. Great product and performance—everything works as expected!
