CUSTOM TUNING // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving to match exactly to the truck and suspension system. The Pintop system features Carli custom pistons and tuning housed in a 2.5" King shock with stainless shock shafts. Carli tunes these shocks to ride well on the street, but also tackle everything from crawling, to high speed off road driving.
CONTROL ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength control arm replacement. To run 37’s, you will need the high clearance fabricated arms, that have a notch for tire clearance.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option. (TSB is for 03+ only)
LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole. The HD pack is ONLY for chase trucks or trucks with over 2,000lbs in bed at all times.
Carli's Pintop 2.5 system offers a great solution for the daily driver/weekend warrior. With improved on road ride quality, the Pintop 2.5 also offers the benefits of King 2.5 shocks in terms of durability, longevity, improved on road rid and handling, and enhanced off road performance.
This kit utilizes the factory shock towers with specifically engineered front King 2.5 shocks, allowing for clearance of motor modifications such as twin turbos not typically available with 2.5" and bigger shock setups.
*2010-present vehicles have 2 possible sizes of Sway Bar End Links. Place a socket on the nut that compresses the rubber End Link bushings; fitment of an 18mm socket will indicate the need for the 12mm part number. We highly recommend end links on any 03+ Ram truck.

WHEEL/TIRE FITMENT
This system will fit up to a 35” tire with stock control arms (we recommend purchasing our extended, Mild Steel Control Arms) on wheels with 5.75-6” of backspacing. If running factory wheels, we recommend an All Terrain 35” tire to avoid rubbing. For 37” tire fitment, Carli's High-Clearance Control Arms and Adjustable Track Bar can be paired to a wheel with 5.75” of Backspacing. The more rubber, the better the small bump compliance will be at proper inflation pressures. The ride will firm up as you go larger in wheel diameter.
