This is a replacement upper clamp/bracket setup for Carli's 2003-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4x4 high mount steering stabilizers. This is also beneficial if you convert your truck from factory Y style to factory T style steering and want to retain your Carli high mount steering stabilizer.
