CJC has been great. a friend and I are with the DoD overseas and needed help figuring out what we need for our Super Duty's. CJC has been great, even with all of the questions tey were patient and provided alot of information including showing us where all of their videos were located for installation. They worked with us shipping our items to our APO address here and the shipping was very fast. installed the items on my friends truck late weekend and love it. 1st time ever ordering from CJC. The order shipped as schedule, the only problem was ups delivered the item to the incorrect address which was problematic in that needed these parts to get by truck back on the road. This was no fault of CJC. Frankly when I alerted CJC that I had not received my parts, they were quick to respond and helpful. This type of service today is rare. I will differently do business with CJC again in the future namely because they expressed concern and were helpful even when it was not their issue.
