DYNAMIC ELECTRONIC DAMPING // Unlike a traditional shock that uses a static shim stack or an adjustment knob to restrict oil flow, the Carli E-venture system uses an advanced algorithm and on board electronic system to actively adjust shock tuning hundreds of times per second in response to terrain. There has never been a system this smooth for the HD truck market, and it truly needs to be felt to be believed!
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option.
LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole. The HD pack is ONLY for chase trucks or trucks with over 2,000lbs in bed at all times.
RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength control arm replacement. These arms feature a fabricated notch making it possible to clear 37’s on a wider range of wheels.

The future of the HD truck suspension world is here. Carli suspension has spent months developing this dynamic valving shock package that responsively and constantly adapts to the terrain for the smoothest ride possible.  An on board computer and advanced algorithm constantly adjusts the shocks hundreds of times per second. Carli pre-programed three presets for highway, rock crawling, and high speed off road driving.

The system uses a sensor mounted on top of the engine to determine vehicle pitch/roll as well as sensors tied into the OBD2 to read the truck's speed, brake pedal position, accelerator pedal position, and steering wheel rotation. That info then gets interpreted by an algorithm to allow individual adjustment of each shock.

Damping is variable in any setting, meaning the truck can be supple on small chatter, then detect a large impact, rise or dip, and ramp up instantly. That variable damping dramatically reduces body roll in corners in any setting as well and allows for insane small bump sensitivity without giving up big hit composure. This system will be available for both 2.5 and 4.5 heights.

If you don't add a rear Carli leaf spring option, certain 2020+ F-250s may need a taller rear block to sit level depending on the trim package. We recommend this block for trucks with a two piece driveshaft and this block for trucks with a one piece driveshaft.

This system fits Ford F-250 and Ford F-350 4x4 trucks from 2017 to 2022.

CJC Rocks!

I can’t say enough good things about CJC! Every single person that was involved in the transformation of my 22’ F-250 from a stock Tremor to a now fully capable BIG truck was on point! Great communication, easy to deal with, great scheduling and the truck was completed when they said it would be. I as well as many others highly recommend CJC they are one of few companies that are doing it right in every area.
I know the question was about the E-Venture System and it is amazing as well!!

This is by far the best level kit I have ever bought. Carli Eventire 3.5, added all the options including Baja design lights and winch. CJC really knows how to analyze the needsl of the customer and install professionally.
Carli knows how to build a suspensiontsystems that work on and off road. I would highly recommend!

Great Quality Supension Lift

This system is well-built, rides well, and is very tunable.

CJC also did an amazing job of packing and shipping all the parts to me. They were up-front about lead times and helped answer some basic and detailed questions from me during the install.

The Good:
Once installed, the system is much smoother on local streets and highways. In street mode, it rides about the same as stock except it takes out about 10% to 15% of the harshness in the ride over small and big bumps, but still feels stable and didn't make me feel like I need to re-learn how to drive the truck. Switching to Desert mode changes the behavior, allowing the body to lean more on bigger dips, but getting less unsettled on bigger changes like potholes at highway speed. Switching between the 3 different modes is seemless and really changes the behavior of the truck.

All the components are well built, and went together very smoothly.

The Other:
Beware that this lift kit isn't necessarily for the home DIYer who doesn't regularly work on heavy duty trucks.

I installed the full kit including radius arms and long travel leaves in my driveway with floor jacks and jackstands by myself, so it is definitely doable. I would highly suggest that you have one or more friends available to help with holding and manipulating some of the larger components. Also, make sure you have a solid weekend (if not more) if you are doing it in your driveway / without a lift.

This kit also requires some bigger tools that your average home DIYer may not have, such as a Torque wrench that goes over 250 ft-lbs, a 1 5/16 socket and wrench, or a 1 3/16" crows foot. I have bigger tools, but in several cases didn't have the exact size(s) needed for this kit as they are getting outside of my "normal tool" collection for cars I regularly work on. If you regularly work on your Diesel trucks suspension, or big equipment you may have all of these tools, but I did not.

If I had it to do over again, I would likely end up paying someone to do the install for me, or ensure I had secured at least 1 friend with a lift who works on bigger vehicles just to cut down on slow downs and delays.

The only other warning I will give is that the E-Venture system requires use of the ODB-2 port and may not be compatible with other OBD-2 devices. I did see that the system used OBD-2, but had assumed that the system was tested to work with other common OBD-2 devices you see on newer Diesel trucks, so as a piggy-back tuner. I had planned to install a tuner at the same time, but after reaching out to Carli and SDI, I found that the suspension system is not compatible with the tuner I was planning to use. There may be a workable solution to this long term, but at this time I opted to bypass on installing the tuner. That said, had I known about this limitation I likely would have gone with the Carli Pintop system instead.

None of the "others" listed here are negatives on either CJC or Carli. The suspension system and support provided was great. They are just some notes to try and help others who may be in a similar situation that I was.
