CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. The Pintop 2.5 system offers phenomenal capability and ride no matter the situation thanks to the increased shock diameter and reservoirs for heat dissipation.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option.
LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole. The HD pack is ONLY for chase trucks or trucks with over 2,000lbs in bed at all times.
RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength control arm replacement. These arms feature a fabricated notch making it possible to clear 37’s on a wider range of wheels.

If your goal is to smash whoops, jump your truck, and bash through anything in your path of your 2017+ Super Duty, the Carli Dominator system is the setup for you. This system boasts Carli Signature tuned, King 3.0” Remote Reservoir shocks so large, we worked with King for several years perfecting the fitment. The Result, offset upper stem-top and lower shock mounts to squeeze these massive, 10″ travel front shocks in place. This means no cutting or welding on the factory buckets to fit the shocks in the front – BOLT IN 3.0″ shocks.

The Rear is outfitted with matching 3.0″ Kings in a Piggy-Back reservoir configuration. We provide weld-in shock mounts to offset the oversized shock body away from the frame and strengthen the upper rear mount for the impending punishment. The installation is super easy, albeit, requires cutting and welding. One thing to note here – none of the trucks on which we’ve installed these shocks have been equipped with a factory, or aftermarket, 5th wheel hitch. We’ve been told these rear shock mounts interfere and require modification to the factory 5th wheel hitch. As they’re weld-on, anyway – it shouldn’t be a problem for the fabricator to make this work but it’s worth noting!

How does it ride, you ask? As the old adage goes, there’s no replacement for displacement. The 3.0” shock has a piston surface area 45% greater than a 2.5” King and 126% larger than a factory 2.0” shock making it far more efficient in all situations. The massive surface area also ensures we can achieve amazing off-road performance while offering an on-road ride to rival the E-Venture (in plushness, can’t compete with active chassis control for stability but you get the point).

In an effort to provide customers with the best product, we designed a custom piston to determine proper base flow rates to ensure the shock works well in the heavy duty truck platform; we then tuned the shocks based on seat-of-the-pants feel. We round off ALL our King shocks with shafts machined and polished from a solid piece of 17-4 Stainless. Unlike King’s standard shafts, there is no coating to wear off, weather is far less likely to hurt them and if there is a small chip, you can round the edges with emery cloth to ensure the seal housing isn’t damaged as they’re not brittle like the stock, hardened shafts. The shocks are finished with King oil good to -55° F.

Lift Height Note: 2020 Super Duties were lowered 1” from the factory when comparing to the 2017-19. Further, the Tremor Package is a factory 2” lift on the 20-22 platform putting them 1” taller than the 17-19. As these all START at different heights yet utilize the same lifts, the stated lift height is different. They’ll all end up measuring the same with the lift installed!
