TRACK BAR UPGRADE // For leveling kits, we highly recommend the addition of a Carli Suspension track bar to correct factory geometry, and upgrade the weak factory track bar bushings. While other brands use a polymer bushing, Carli uses an FK heim axle joint, and is the only brand to use an encapsulated 7/8″ Uniball joint on the frame side making this the nicest Dodge Ram track bar on the market.

This level kit offers a cost effective way to level your truck, at the lowest price point possible without sacrificing ride. Our kit pairs a set of 5100 shocks with Carli's soft ride 2.5" lift coils. The result dramatically improves ride, doubles front suspension travel, and levels the truck by increasing front height 2.5" over factory. This system also retains full factory payload and towing.

The front axle will be slightly pulled to the Driver’s side following installation of this level, which can be corrected with Carli's track bar.

THIS IS A DIESEL ONLY SYSTEM, if you have a gas truck please email us so we can get you set up with something that fits. This system fits Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 trucks from 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 with factory rear coil springs. We offer these systems for Ram 2500s with factory rear air suspension.

We recommend a 35” tire on an 18” wheel that’s no more than 9” wide with 0 to +27 offset. To fit 37s on a Ram truck we recommend a +18 to +27 offset wheel that is no wider than 9,” as well as some mild trimming of the plastic fender liner and maybe pinch weld depending on the tire.

Recommended unloaded tire pressure is 45F/40R. The addition of a Carli Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer is recommended for any tire over factory size.

Track bar

This thing is sick I like how it is super user friendly right out of the box already set up, I wish the Carli track bar came pre set like this one

Ram 2500

Truck looks and handles great after installation. Will need approximately 22” - 24” of spring clearance from rear differential to top-under bed frame to fit R2 coils

Super good service an install was pretty easy! Got 37s in on stock 18s an it just hits the control arms at full turn. Very smooth ride!!

Great Lift for a tight budget..

Fast shipping and fairly easy install.. The ride is so much better and the truck sits perfect!! Can’t beat it!

Update

Well this tells you how much research Carli and CJC put into their products. When you look up the part number on the front shock, it does not match what should go on the front of a 2019 Ram in an extended travel shock. However when you pull up the specs, (thank you Brandon@CJC) you see the the length on the shocks that Carli spec'd out are actually longer.
So I retract my Gripe 1.
Even more reassured that I made the right purchase.
