Carli Suspension has developed a torsion sway bar designed specifically for 2013+ Ram 3500 and 2014+ Ram 2500 trucks. The Carli torsion sway bar is designed to improve the front end ride quality by stopping the transfer of energy from the suspension to the cab in situations where the axle needs to flex out. Instead of throwing you into the cab when entering a driveway or going through a rut, the torsion sway bar lets the front end move independently and glide right over an obstacle.

While other bars on the market use cheap clamps, rubber bushings and cost cutting designs, this bar uses only the highest quality materials from end to end for a silent, issue free operation.

The arms are constructed of doubled and welded 3/8″ cold-rolled steel – 3/4″ thick at clamp area. The arms are locked to the bar by Carli in-house machined 17-4 stainless preload washers and Grade 8 pinch Bolts. The bar itself is a custom rate, heat treated torsion bar passing through fabricated brackets that house Carli's extreme duty, service free bushings. Finishing off the assembly are Sway Bar End Links featuring legendary FK Bearing 5/8″ Heat-Treated, Chromoly Race Heims.

This bar is designed to work with 2.5-4″ lift systems. In typical Carli fashion, there are no disconnects on the end links nor multiple holes in the bar to change the leverage applied. This bar is refined to work in conjunction with Carli's custom tuned suspensions to throw an exponent on the ride quality. This bar will not hinder articulation in ANY way. The Rate is the perfect balance splitting control and comfort – install and enjoy!

The ONLY time we don't recommend this sway bar is for trucks with large cab over campers. In that case, there will be more highway sway in trade for smoother off road ride, but we've usually found that sway can be fully controlled by a properly spec'd rear leaf pack and shock valving.

2014 Ram 2500 6.7

A huge improvement over stock and easy to install. The only issue I encountered was receiving the wrong center piece, which delayed the installation. However, I called CJC, and they quickly sent out a replacement. Great customer service!

Noticable difference

Definitely an improvement over stock. Install was pretty straight forward. The splines had some coating overspray which made it a little difficult to seat but once those were cleaned out it went ok.

Carli Sway Bar

I’ve had this sway bar on a few trucks. It does feel a little smoother on the street. But when you really notice it is when you hit some dirt roads or trails with some ruts. That’s when it really shines. And Big props to CJC for always being at the top of their game with knowledge and expertise. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to.

Back country leveling kit on a 5th gen 22 Tradesman 6.7L

Love the upgrades CJC put on with the torsion sway bar option along with the back country leveling kit. The ride is so much better than before especially hitting dips at an angle. Waiting for Glamis season to really test it out but I'm sure it will be as excellent as it is on the road.

Carli Adjustable track bar

Install was straight forward, but that jam nut torque was no joke if you dont have a good way to hold the bar and torque it at the same time. I had mine clamped in the vise, but my work bench is not that heavy. So in order to get it tight and keep the joints aligned, i had my girlfriend holding the bar down on the bench with all her body weight with the other end clamped, then i used a 5 foot long galvanized fence post with a large adjustable wrench in the pipe to get that tight . Was not easy. Plan ahead if your doing this yourself!
Lastly, the part of instruction that say to apply anti seize to threads then lock tight to jam nut is conflicting information with what CJC say to do, which is clean all antiseize off and use ONLY red lock tight on both inside threads and the jam nut, which is what I was going to do anyways. There is a sticker on the that literally says to use antiseize inside. So they need to add some insight on their youtube instructional video about that.
Bar works good regardless.
