USA MADE // Carli is committed to production in the USA. Every single Carli Product is American made and sourced, down to the tape and boxes themselves.
CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. The 2.5" diameter King shocks in this system are custom tuned to offer incredible high speed performance, crawling control, and comfort on the street. This is the ultimate do it all system.
FABRICATED RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength radius arm replacement. They also have more tire clearance than the factory arms thanks to a notched design. If you want the best of the best for your truck, look no further.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, use either the drops or end links. The end links are prefered if you plan to upgrade to a torsion sway bar in the future.

The Carli Ram Eventure system is the most advanced suspension system ever developed for HD Ram trucks. With shocks that sense terrain and adapt 100s of times per second to be as smooth as possible, it offers unmatched ride and control both on and off road. The system is backed up by all the supporting parts normally left out by cheaper "lift kits" including a Carli track bar, radius arm drops, rear sway bar end links a rear track bar drop and more. You can also upgrade things further with the addition of a steering stabilizer, sway bar, and fabricated radius arms. Please note this is a DIESEL Cummins 2500 COIL ONLY system. It will not function on air 2500 or 3500 trucks, and is not tuned for Hemi applications.

HOW THE EVENTURE SYSTEM WORKS:

The core of this system is the Carli Eventure shock package, co developed with SDI. The shocks themselves are top-tier construction. Hard-anodized aluminum bodies and reservoirs pair with 17-4 Stainless Shock Shafts will stand the test of time and elements. Billet Rod ends house teflon lined bearings to ensure industry leading performance and longevity. The “Brain” of the system is the ECU (Electronic Control Unit). The ECU Harness uses a large OEM-style connector with a rocker linkage to ensure it remains secured once fastened. We played with a few mounting locations in our R&D and the heat-cycling of our initial under-hood location proved detrimental to the ECU’s operable temperature range. We redesigned the harness to accommodate an in-cab mounting location (under the driver’s seat) and have had no overheating activity since.

Via the communication harness, the ECU accesses data from the engine mounted IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). This unit senses any change in pitch/roll of the vehicle. The data from this IMU combines with information gathered from the OBDII port (Brake Pressure, RPM, Steering Angle, Throttle, etc.) to anticipate changes in chassis movement. Subsequently, it firms and softens the shocks where necessary to maintain a chassis that’s as level as possible.

The most important part of the interface is the one with which you interact. SDI put in a TON of work here to ensure a user-friendly interface with clean integration. We worked with them to take it a step further. The Bracket and Touch Screen mount in place of the bottom grab-handle bolt cover placing the touch screen both visible and out of the way. We provide a longer bolt to secure the screen. This location allows for clean routing of the wiring harness that feeds the Touch Screen without the need to trim the grab handle or weather-stripping.

DRIVING MODES:

Carli worked with SDI to refine the drive modes; we wanted to increase the seat-of-the pants change between each mode. Offered on the E-Venture System are Mountain (Rock-Crawl), Street and Desert Modes. This is in order from softest/least sensitive to most controlled/active. These modes have been EXTENSIVELY refined; there’s nothing standard about them. All you, as the customer, need to do is select the mode and the system will activate the profile instantaneously. Within each of the above modes, users can refine the ride to their taste and it will auto-save the profile. There are adjustments for the front and rear shocks independently to increase control or comfort within each of the drive modes. We tuned and refined our recommended settings to be centered on ALL drive modes but that doesn’t mean you won’t prefer to run the front in the center of the adjustment and rear all the way toward comfort. Point is, it’s completely up to you! Pro Mode allows users to adjust the Pitch, Roll, Brake, Throttle and Steering Response. Don’t worry, if your curiosity gets ahead of your knowledge or you failed to track your changes, we’ve implemented a “Restore Default” setting.

Arguably the most handy feature for our customers is the Rear Load Adjustment. This gives the user incremental control over the rear dampers. When loaded, the rear can be adjusted to find the balance of comfort and support OR, as we preferred, max the rear support to prioritize load support. This adjustment makes a huge difference in the rear control when loaded; this will likely be the most championed feature.

This system fits Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 trucks from 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 with factory rear coil springs.

This system will fit 35s with no trimming on a 0 to +27 offset wheel that is no wider than 9." To fit 37s on a Ram truck we recommend a +18 to +27 offset wheel that is no wider than 9,” as well as some mild trimming of the plastic fender liner and maybe pinch weld depending on the tire.

ANTHONY D.
2014 Ram 2500 6.7L

After putting a few thousand miles on the kit, both with and without my trailer, I’ve tested it extensively on and off-road—from high-speed desert runs to slow, technical rock-crawling. I’m absolutely loving it.

Pros:
On-the-fly adjustability: It makes life so much easier.
Customizable ride programs: Fine-tuning is a fantastic feature.
Smooth ride quality: Works equally well on and off-road.
Towing capability: No compromises, even with a trailer, thanks to the full-travel air bags.

Cons:
Price: At $12,796.50 for every option, it’s a serious investment.
Radius arm tether design: Requires welding; I’d prefer a bolt-on option like Thuren's.
Instructions: A few steps were confusing, though that could partly be due to lack of sleep.
Shipping issue: Received the wrong sway bar and was missing radius arms, but after calling, replacements were sent next-day air, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment with a shop and ended up installing the lift myself.

Overall:
Despite the challenges, I feel the time (16 hours in my driveway) and effort to install the kit myself were worth it. CJC and Carli were proactive in resolving my issues with no hassle, which I really respect. This is a top-quality product from a top-tier company, and I’m still very happy with my purchase.

*One random issue I’ve experienced—but haven’t been able to duplicate—is the controller acting like it wasn’t connected, which prevented me from adjusting the ride settings. After restarting the truck, it worked fine again. Could be a weird glitch or a potential issue down the line—only time will tell.

Carli E-Venture 3.25 with R1 Coils- 2022 RAM CCSB 6.7

I ordered the Carli gamut from CJC for my RAM: E-Venture system, sway bar, diff guard, and lower steering stabilizer; plus a set of 17" Racelines to mount 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Answers to my questions via email were quickly responded to. I placed my order on a Monday, and had a pallet delivered Wednesday. (I am in Southern CA.) The pallet was packed well, and arrived undamaged. All of the Carli parts were packaged in heavy duty/high quality boxes, bags, and foam. Instructions were detailed, and even though a few items were missing pages or instructions entirely, they were available on the Carli website. I contacted Carli with one technical installation question, and the rep there was super knowledgeable and professional.

I opted to self install, and working on jack stands wasn't ideal, but doable. You will be drilling 1/2 and 3/4 inch holes in parts of the chassis, and need a right angle drill or adapter. Not ever needing a true right angle drill, I opted to try a Harbor Freight angle adapter for $20. It worked great for the rear track bar, front suspension drop brackets, and front bump stop mounts.

I have only had the full setup installed for a week, and initial on road driving impressions are great over stock. Between the spring rates, sway bar, and tire sidewall/pressures, it feels super confident. Does it ride softer? Not particularly. Does it ride better? 100%. Freeway off ramps and winding back roads feel like I'm in my BMW X5. So far this system shines over drainage dips and speed bumps. In stock form, dips and bumps were jarring and very pronounced. Now I can clip them with little fan fare.

I have yet to get off road. I will be towing my Weekend Warrior to Sand Hollow in Utah soon, which is about 450 miles for me. I have Liftmaster airbags for the tow, and will be removing them for Sand Hollow. I feel a Youtube review will follow once I have experienced the system in all of its elements. If you are on the fence, I'd say pull the trigger on this setup. It is spendy for sure, but the quality of parts and fit and finish are OE or better.
