CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. The tuning on the unchained system is able to handle the biggest hits and most aggressive driving you can possibly do. Jumps, whoops and high speeds are no match for this kit.
RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength control arm replacement. These arms feature a fabricated notch making it possible to clear 37’s on a wider range of wheels.
Meet the Unchained system. Designed and tuned as a no-compromise on and off-road suspension, this kit starts with the biggest shocks that can safely fit without extensive modifications. Simply put, there is no bolt on Ford suspension system that is as capable as the 4.5 Unchained.
To maximize the full potential of this system, it comes standard with our Full Progressive Leaf Springs and Stainless Shock Shafts from King for long life in hostile environments. The Unchained System was designed for skilled, experienced drivers with considerable seat time in a heavy-duty vehicle driven in offroad environments. This system is NOT for Novice Off-Roaders and we recommend a full cab roll-cage be installed prior to searching out the capability of this system. All the above performance is packed into a bolt-on (fully returnable to stock) suspension system.
