We wanted to share some of our favorite builds from this summer. Check them out:
This 2018 Ford F250 Super Duty features a Carli Back Country 2.0 Leveling System. 18" black Method Grid wheels, and 35" Toyo Open Country R/T's.
This 2018 Platinum F250 Alumiduty is rocking a Carli Pintop 2.5 Leveling System with Fabricated Radius Arms and Full Progressive Leaf Springs. It runs 18" Method Grid Titanium wheels and Toyo Open Country MT 37x13.5x18 tires. It serves chase duty south of the border and performs just as good as it looks!
This 2018 Ram 2500 Mega Cab features a Carli Pintop 2.5 system with Fabricated Radius Arms and Torsion Sway Bar along with 20" Method NV Bronze wheels and 37x13.5x20 Toyo Open Country MT tires.
This Ram 2500 is sporting a Carli 2014+ Back Country 2.0 system, 17" Method NV wheels, and 37" Toyo MT tires.
Brent's Ford F250 Alumiduty featuring a Carli 4.5" Commuter 2.0 system with Fabricated Radius Arms and Innov8 Racing Beadlock Wheels wrapped in Toyo 37" MT tires.
A Carli 4.5" Pintop 2.5 system with fabricated radius, Raceline Clutch Bronze wheels, and 37" Toyos really set this 2017+ Ford Super Duty off!
Here is a close up shot of the wheels/tires/suspension on this truck. This combination rides incredibly smooth and looks amazing!
This 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 12 valve has been updated with a Carli Commuter 2.0 system, 17" Method NV bronze wheels, and 35" Toyo R/T tires. A Synergy 2nd gen adjustable track bar and Synergy steering round out the upgrades to make this 2nd gen drive and ride better than new!
This is one of our favorite builds we've been a part of at CJC Off Road. This truck was ordered from a local dealership specifically for this build. It was delivered to our shop straight from the dealership. We then cut off the factory coil buckets and welded on Carli custom fabricated coil buckets, allowing us to run a Carli Dominator 3.0 Leveling System with Fabricated Radius Arms and Full Progressive Leaf Springs. Trail Ready machined a set of their 20" simulated beadlocks for this build and we wrapped them in Toyo 37x12.5x20 R/T tires. To round out the front, this truck runs a Rogue Racing Enforcer front bumper, a Warn Zeon 12S Premium Winch, Amp Research steps, and Baja Designs 40" OnX6/XL Pros/Squadron Pros.

Here is a picture of a customer installed Carli coilover/bypass system with all of the upgrades. It's not every day that you see a heavy duty diesel truck with suspension components like this!
This 2012 Mega Cab features a long bed conversion, paint work by Autobahn Collision Center in Torrance, CA, a 6" Carli Dominator 3.0 suspension system, 20" Trail Ready Graphite/Black simulated beadlocks, and 38" Toyo MT tires.
This 2002 Ram 2500 2nd gen features a Carli Pintop 2.5 system, 17" Ultra beadlocks, and 37x12.5x17 Toyo MT tires. We were a little jealous of this one, especially as it only has 60k miles!
Carli has finalized prototyping their new Pintop 2.5 leveling system for 2014+ Ram 2500 trucks. This picture was taken during Carli's tuning session on our shop 2015 truck.
This 2011 Mega Cab is sporting a Carli Unchained 3.5 6" system with Fuel 20" wheels and 37x13.5x20 Toyo MT's.
Here is a close up shot of the 3.0 quadruple bypass rear shocks that are featured in the Carli Unchained systems. These shocks offer a significant improvement in both off road performance and all around ride quality!
This brand new 2015 F250 Platinum Super Duty is running a 4.5" Pintop system, Carli Fabricated Radius Arms, 20" SOTA REPR wheels, and 37" Nitro Ridge Grappler tires.
This Ram 2500 is running a Carli 2014+ leveling kit, our exclusive Raceline black +20 Avenger wheels, and 37" Toyo Open Country R/T tires.
We set the guys at Falken up with a Carli Back Country system on this 2017 Power Wagon. It is also running AEV wheels and 35" Falken Wild Peak AT3 W tires. This one should have some exciting updates coming soon!
This is a build that we really enjoyed. This 2018 F250 Super Duty was set up with a 4.5" Carli Pintop 2.5 system with Fabricated Radius Arms and Full Progressive Leaf Springs. For wheels, we chose Innov8 17" simulated beadlocks in a bronze anodized finish. We stuffed 40" Toyo Open MT tires under this truck to complete the package. Believe it or not, we were able to make this setup clear really well with minimal trimming.
The stance with the Carli 4.5" system and the 40" Toyo tires is tough to beat. We should have more exciting updates on this truck in the near future.
